Check out our Payments Center

You will now be able to access all members and their payment history to see who has paid, not paid, and assign memberships to members. You can event edit invoices, assign discounts and mark members who have paid cash! Take a look here! Do you need to remind your members who have not paid? Send Custom Notifications and reminders now to members just with a few clicks of a button!

Where can I find the Payments Center?

1. Open up teamo and head to Settings
2. Go to Manage Club
3. Select Payment Center

New Product Options

As an Admin you will also be able to create Treasurer Only products. These can be assigned to certain members to Pay but they will not appear as an Option for Members to choose from!

Create Products for Different Club Sections. Have different Products for Juniors and Seniors? Set your Products up so that only the relevant Payments are shown to club members.

Want to bounce your members to pay upon registration to your Club? From your custom registration form you can send members to Clubs Products to purchase a membership before they can finish the registration process! Admins can do this by going onto the Payment Center, Selecting the Invited Member and Assigning them a Membership.

Bespoke Club Registration Form

You can now use teamo to create a Custom Club Registration Form. This allows you to gather all member information via one fully GDPR compliant platform and save paperwork! Split your form into sections such as Emergency Contact Details and General Member Information. You can also gather Consent using Declarations (with date) and U18 Member Consent. Emergency Contact Details in Your Pocket

Captains, Managers and Admins will now be able to access Emergency Contacts and Medical History for players.

Players profiles will now appear with three separate sections this being Profile, Emergency and Member Info only for Admins to have access to.

To collect this information, create your Club Registration Form and put your form Live! Members will be prompted to update Membership Information and it will save in their profile!

Include your own Privacy Policy

You will now have the option to add a Club Privacy Policy such as your Data Protection Privacy Notice to all members at the start of your club registration process. Once accepting teamo Terms and Conditions, they can then view your Privacy Policy before registering, This ensures all members understand why personal information is collected. Here's how!

Further Updates

• Upgraded Member Import - When importing members, you can now import more fields such as Occupation, Date of Birth! Get in touch to find out more.

• Selection Manager - An Under 18s age now appears beside their name so you know the age of Players for Selection.
• Squad Manager - Guardians no longer show in the Squad Manager (unless they are also a player of course!)
• Re-order your Club Structure - Use our new Up/Down buttons on mobile to re-order your Club Structure into any order you like!
• Date of Birth - For Over 18s, we have hidden the DOB and changed this to show the member's Birthday!
