Product Update October 2026

October was one of our biggest months yet: six new features, each with its own video, plus a long list of improvements for admins, coaches, treasurers and members. Here's the round-up.

🎬 Already this month

• Chat just got better: pin what matters, react, reply, see who a message reached, and drag and drop on a computer.
• Class Booking: timetabled classes that members book and pay for, with PAR-Q forms built in.
• Kit and merch: sell club kit in every size, with names and numbers on the back.
• Qualifications: every coach's DBS, badges and first aid, with expiry at a glance.
• Team sponsors and player sponsors: local businesses backing your teams and players.
• Registration forms: build the forms your club needs.
• Website checklist: get your club website ready for search engines and AI search.

🏟️ On for every club

A few things that had been tested with a small group of clubs are now switched on for everyone:

• The new team pages. Open a team to find its chat, email, members, calendar and sponsors in one place.
• A redesigned Search. Search finds people, chats, pages and help articles, with pictures for group chats and icons for each page.
• Tasks for every club, so the committee's to-do list lives in Teamo.
• The Main Team is set up for you, with its own column in the Payment Centre.

💬 More from chat

• Mention someone with @. Type @ and pick a member. Mentions show in blue, a mention of you is highlighted, and an @ on the chat shows you were mentioned.
• Next takes you straight to your next unread chat.
• Swipe through every photo in a message, attach more kinds of file, and select and copy the text of a message.
• Press and hold a link to open, copy or share it, and save or share a photo or video in one tap.

🎨 GetSocial: four new looks

Match graphics now come in four designed looks, Pitch, Strike, Programme and Classic, filled in from the match: the score, who scored and when, and for hockey clubs the opponent's badge. There's a Player of the Match post, team sheets in formation, and a club look so every post matches. See what GetSocial does.

🎓 Academy insights

• See how a session went, and how players change over time.
• Show results full screen, download them as a PDF, and save reports to come back to.
• Assign a form to every date in a series in one go.

💷 For treasurers

• An itemised option when you download the Outstanding list.
• A part refund shows as its own line on the invoice.
• A panel for TeamoPay chargebacks still to be collected.
• Review Individuals hides members who have left the club, with a switch to show them.

🛍️ Teamo Rewards

With Black Friday coming, club admins will see an Ask your members card at the top of Manage. One tap opens a short guide to send your members a message about Teamo Rewards: discount codes for them, money for the club. Prompts only go to adults and parents, and members can say Don't ask me again.

✨ Everyday wins

• Attendance registers work without signal, and send themselves when you're back.
• Going, Maybe and Not going on Other events.
• Switch Club lists your most recent clubs first, on every device.
• When you pick a team's own manager or coach for a fixture, Teamo asks whether they're playing.
• Hockey clubs can say how each goal was scored: field goal, penalty corner or penalty stroke.

🌐 Club websites

• The Website checklist builds a short to-do list from your live site.
• A Needs attention box on the Websites page, if your fixtures aren't updating.
• Tick ClubMark, or show an accreditation as a logo, on your home page.
• Choose whether player sponsorships sell online or take enquiries.
