NEW: Download Wizard

The new Download Wizard allows you to extract all the information you need from your database into one single spreadsheet. This new feature means you can be selective and download the relevant information you need.

For example, you may need a list of everyone's names and medical information. To do this, go to the Member's Center on desktop and choose Download from the right hand side menu. This will open up a pop up to check you have consent to download the info then you can choose to Download Current View or Download Wizard.

Choose Use Download Wizard. Here you will be able to select the fields you wish to download from the main Profile - choose First Name, Last Name.

Then select the Fields dropdown menu > Registration Form to then tick and select Medical Information field from the list of questions on your unique registration form.

Once you have selected the fields, they will appear in the right hand column and you can use the two lines next to each field to rearrange the order of the columns if you wish before selecting Download. This will then download your report and simply select Click to Download to open it in a spreadsheet format.

NEW: Manage Family Links

This new feature now allows admins to edit relationships between parents/guardians and their children. You can now add, edit or remove links between members in your club.

To use this desktop only feature, head to the Member's Center and select a user. Select the Family icon under their Profile. Click to add a new parent/guardian that is already linked to the club. You can also edit existing relationship names or remove exsiting links by tapping the connection between two users.

Access payment information in the Members Center

You can now access and download payment information directly from the Members Center into a spreadsheet to give you a quick overview of how much your members have paid, and how much they owe.
Simply head to the new Download Wizard, select the fields you wish to download from the main profile and then from the Fields dropdown menu select Payments/Membership. Select whichever fields you need, and click Download. This will then download your report and simply select Click to Download to open it in a spreadsheet format.

Small bug fixes and performance improvements

Our latest release also includes the usual bug fixes and performance improvements to make your Teamo experience even better!
