December 2017 - What's new?
Check out the great new features we've added so far this month:
- An availability/attendance overview for each player.
- Share PDFs, Documents, and more in chats!
- Report misconduct in chats to your club admin.
An availability/attendance overview for each player (1.4.1)
All the information you need when it comes to selecting your team! This feature offers team managers and captains a simple overview of any players' availability/attendance and selection for the last 3 and next 3 weeks.
This can be viewed directly from the contacts tab when tapping into a player's profile or more likely, when you are selecting your team for upcoming games.
To view when selecting:
- Go into any fixture and tap the Coaches/Manager Summary.
- Then simply tap any player and select the Contact/Availability Overview.
- At the bottom of the player's profile you will see their availability (tick), selection (thumbs up) and training attendance (thumbs up).
Share PDFs, Documents, and more in chats! (1.4.1)
Looking to share more than just images and videos with your team? You can now share PDFs, DOCs, PPTs, XLS and PAGES via teamo chat on desktop.
To do this:
- Open up teamo on your desktop/laptop here and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Once you're logged in, open up any chat, tap the share icon in the bottom left and then select Share Photo, Video or File.
Report misconduct in chats to your club admin (1.4.1)
Particularly important for group/team chats which include Junior team members, this feature allows any user to report the chat to a club admin for review.
To do this:
- Open any individual, group or team chat.
- Tap on the chat name at the top of the screen and then tap Report Chat.
- You will then be asked to provide further reasoning before your club admin or welfare officer can look into the issue.
