August 2019 - What's New?

Take a look at the latest features and updates to teamo this month:

Campaign Monitor Email Sync

With Campaign Monitor, you can create, send and see the impact your emails are having on your members. We have teamed up with Campaign Monitor to allow you to build email lists, segments and content based on the information you have stored in teamo.

For example, you can use Campaign Monitor's segments to send bespoke emails to club sections or their intelligent content blocks will allow you to send out one newsletter with unique blocks that is only visible to Over or Under 18 members, based upon the data you have collected in teamo.

Opt-in Option For the New Season

As many of our sports teams in the Northern Hemisphere prepare for the new season, you can now ask members to confirm that they wish to be part of your team/club for the upcoming season. With options to opt-in for the new season in the app or via email, you can keep your membership list up to date each season and easily remove any non-returning members. Find out more here.

Send Payment Link via Email

In the Payments Center, admins will now to be able to send a Payments Due link via email to their members. This will allow members to pay for their Outstanding Payments via a secure link that is emailed to them - no need to log into the app. The Send Payment Link option can be found by clicking on a Member in the Payment Center and click the Link icon next to Payments on the right hand column.

Choose Recurring Payment Date

When paying by instalments, members now have the option to select which day the recurring payment will leave their bank account. This feature is available for instalment products only, and for people paying by Stripe and GoCardless payments.

Turn Off New Member Joined Notification

As an admin, you can now turn off New Member notifications. So if you're a big club with lots of members signing up, head to Manage Club > Edit Club Details to choose to turn off New Member Alerts.
