Using custom notifications to get noticed


Case study: teamo survey

Push notifications are great for getting noticed! Here's how we put together our most recent push campaign to drive responses to our end of season survey (you may have received the push yourself!). Check out this article to see why we chose to use notifications over email and chats.

Aim: With the winter season coming to an end in the Northern hemisphere we wanted to find out how we can improve teamo ready for next season.

What: We designed a survey using Google forms because it's really quick and easy and great for collating responses. Here's the form we created: https://goo.gl/forms/C0U4B1iOx0QBXCFH2

How: We used teamo to send a custom notification to all teamo club admins/managers and included the web link to the google form we created above. This video explains how you can create your own notifications for your club:


Results:

  • Open rate: 64%
  • Click through rate: 26%
  • Survey Responses: 9% (compared to 4% for an email we sent with the same survey!)
