Thanks for your message!
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Your website is where most new members meet your club, and usually on a phone. Our new look turns that first visit into a new member, puts your sponsors at the top of your home page and shows people where and when you play. And you can try it on your own site before anyone else sees it.

Dromore Ladies Hockey Club: an action photo, their own strapline and their own numbers on the first screen.
Think about how a new family finds your club. They search on a phone at the side of a pitch, on the school run, or on the sofa on a Sunday night. Within a few seconds they decide whether you look like a club they want to be part of.
The new look is built for that moment. Your club's photo and your own words fill the first screen. The join button sits within thumb reach, and your numbers tell people straight away that this is a real, busy club.

Southampton puts "Join the club" and four numbers in thumb reach. Marton leads with the whole club in one photo.
Every page has a join button in its header, so nobody has to hunt for how to get involved. On your home page you can add your own buttons, such as "Join the club" and "Find your team", and send each one wherever joining starts for you: your registration page, or any page you choose.
Every page can also end with a closing invitation ("Ready to join us?" or your own words), with a photo and buttons of your choice. Show it on every page or just the home page, or switch it off.

Southampton Hockey Club: two clear ways in, and four numbers worth shouting about.
Setting up starts with one question you already know the answer to: how much photography does the club have? Choose "We shoot our own", "A few good ones" or "Not many", and the look sets itself up to suit. A club with great match photos gets big photo headers. A club with few photos leads with its colours and crest instead. You can change any part of it afterwards.
From there, the same building blocks give every club its own look:

The same building blocks, three different clubs: Lancaster and East Coast bring a story up beside the welcome, and Marton puts the photo first.
Sponsors want to be seen, and the new look puts them where people look. Up to four headline sponsors sit in a strip directly under your welcome, at the top of your home page. Every other partner gets a place lower down, with every logo shown in full.
That's a stronger story for your next sponsorship conversation: "Your logo sits right under our welcome, at the top of our home page."

Cliftonville's headline partners sit right under the welcome. Newquay gives about 28 partners a place on the page.
The questions every new member asks are "when?" and "where?". The new look answers them on your home page. Results and fixtures are grouped by section, and league tables sit on the home page with a tab for each team. Every match gets its own page, with the fixture as the headline. Each venue can have its own page too, with a map, directions and parking: the things somebody needs before they turn up for the first time.

Results and fixtures by section (Dromore), league tables with a tab per team (Cliftonville), and Marton top of their league.
Not every week brings a match report. The new look keeps your home page full between them. "In focus" keeps your best stories up front, and a welcome section tells visitors who you are, with a photo. On the news page, one story leads instead of a list of dates, so your best piece carries the page rather than your most recent one.

Some of the biggest improvements this autumn work on every Teamo club site, whichever look you use:
The new look goes further: it describes each of your teams to Google on its own page. And enquiries reach the right person. Visitors pick who they want to contact, the message goes straight to that person or role, and your email addresses are never published.
Thirty clubs already use the new look, across hockey, football, netball and cricket, including county associations. It works for a big club with 35 teams and for a small junior football club. It works for a club with a photographer on the touchline, and for one with a single team photo.

A junior football club (Higher Bebington), a county association (Devon) and a club leading with its colours (Newquay).
You don't have to take our word for any of this. Go to Website in Teamo and press "Preview the new look". You'll see your own pages, with your news and your fixtures, in the new design.

Only you can see it. Your members keep seeing your current site until you choose to apply the new look and publish. A three-step guide walks you through, and it asks one question about your photos.

Then "Make it yours" opens beside a live preview of your home page. Change your photo, strapline, numbers, buttons or sponsor layout, and watch your own page change. Switch the preview between desktop, tablet and phone to see exactly what visitors will see.

When you're happy, press "Save and use this look", then "Publish everything", which takes 5–10 minutes. Until you publish, nothing changes for your members. If you change your mind later, you can go back to the classic look at any time.

It's a new look, not a rebuild.
Log in to Teamo, go to Website and press "Preview the new look". It takes a few minutes to see your own club in it, and nothing changes until you say so.
